This place is a fantastic base for exploring the city, with a great location within walking distance to Brindley Place.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and a great size for us. It was conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away from the Utilita Arena, where we were attending a concert. There were also shops and restaurants within walking distance. the communication from Desmond, the host, was excellent. a fantastic stay.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints.

It's just a short 5, minute walk to the fascinating canal, side walk at Brindley Place. the apartment itself is clean, tidy, and well, equipped. the kitchenette is a definite plus, allowing guests to prepare their meals if desired. the check, in procedure, though not perfect, can be managed with a little effort and is not a major inconvenience.

Finding the main door to the apartments can be a bit confusing, with the lack of a clear sign.

The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was mostly well equipped. I found the apartment to be modern and comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. I was disappointed to find out that there was no parking available, even though I had searched for a property with parking.

The 1 bedroom apartment at Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment In The City Centre was amazing! The flat-screen TV and dining area made me feel right at home. The kitchen with an oven and microwave was perfect for cooking my own meals. As a person with physical handicaps, I truly appreciated the convenience and comfort of this room.

Personally, I would have liked to have more than just a flat-screen TV in the apartment. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in this feature.
